I went to art class today, and have come home feeling frustrated with my watercolours. I usually paint a sky as a plain or varigated wash, well, it works! I have thought wanted to expand my skills to painting stormy skies or sunsets, but as yet all my efforts have produced mud, but I think now after another practice and lesson I feel that I may stand a chance to produce something that looks natural and sky like. I will keep you posted as to how I get on.

I only really know how to paint a blue sky with clouds. I want to expand learn how to paint stormy, night and such skies.
But watercolor mixing is tricky.
clouds are difficult as they are a unique formation and mysterious to boot. I can never capture one adequately and really hard to paint one in wc. I can not offer you any assistance there except to keep working on it.
